Paying
We use M-Pesa Paybill. On delivery, the rider or ParcelGrid gives you the Paybill details; riders also take cash. If you pay before dispatch, we send the Paybill details on WhatsApp.
We only share payment details through our official WhatsApp, 0793 956 939. Never pay a number sent from anywhere else.

Timing
Parcels sent on Saturday are ready for pickup on Monday, since most parcel offices close on Sunday. Road traffic can also delay parcels.
